Jinja High Court maintains Nadiope as Kyabazinga of Busoga

The High Court in Jinja Friday ruled on the alleged illegality of the Kyabazinga of Busoga Kingdom, William Gabula Nadiope IV, in a case filed by the chief of Bulamogi, Prince Edward Columbus Wambuzi, shortly after the former’s election in September 2014.
In the judgement read by the deputy registrar, Mr Fred Waninda, court quashed Prince Wambuzi’s petition citing lack of quorum as eight of the eleven royal chiefs were supposed to elect the substantive Kyabazinga….Read more
