Mboona 107.6 F.M is located in Mityana town along Trans-Africa Highway .This is a strategic and convenient location that can easily be accessed any time of the day.
The Station is managed by MBOONA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, as licensed by the Broad Casting Council in Accordance with the Electronic Media Act (Cap 104) and the Conditions Stipulated by the Broadcasting Council

OBJECTIVES
- To keep the people within the country up to date with quality independent news broadcast and educates them through programmes.
- To open up the local people within the coverage to the modern world.
- To create self – coverage and development capacity among the ordinary people.
- To widen the general knowledge and information among the youth.
MISSION STATEMENT
Radio Mboona is a tool aiming to bring qualitative change in the way people think, live and act. This is done through well researched community based programmes dealing with issues that affect directly or indirectly the lives of the people.

Mboona 107.6 F.M operates on a powerful transmitter mounted on Busimbi – Kasimbi hill in Mityana town where even the studios are located. Its clear signal covers the districts of Mityana, Mubende, Kasanda , kyegegwa , Kiboga ,Gomba,Butambala,Kyakwanzi, Hoima ,Kibale ,Mpigi, Masaka, Sembabule, Luwero, Wakiso,Ssese and Kalangala plus some parts of Kampala. This represents well over 40% of the population of Uganda or over 12 million listeners.

The core target audience for 107.6 Mboona Fm is Luganda speaking and understanding people between the ages of 18 and 45 years of age. This audience has the most collective disposable income in Uganda. Our product is designed around the humour, great music and information that is relevant to this market.
Please note: Because of the intense cultural relevance in our product, listeners between the ages of 13 and 17 plus those 46+, are also targeted.
